***IMPORTANT*** I had this post autoposted and apparently it didn't post, so you will get an extra day for this sponsor day ONLY to find the hidden images. Please have your entries emailed to us no later that 9 am on 10/19. Tomorrow's sponsor will revert back to normal time.
It's Day 17 of 31 Days, and I am pleased to tell you about our sponsor for today!
"Digital stamps based around my girls Creepie Cuties. A great place to find the cute, creepy and kooky images."
Kristie from Creepy Cute Stamps is donating to the winner any 3 digi stamps from her etsy store . To enter, just email us and let us know where the hidden image is! Also, as always, don't forget about the Rick St Dennis hidden image.
Okay, now I have to tell you all about my situation. I am going to have to withdraw from being a Wicked Blogger this year. I will still be participating as much as I can, but I have come to realize that I just don't have the time to make a project every day, especially with Halloween getting closer, my daughter's constant practices and competitions (which is for colorguard, for those of you who asked), business stuff, and nobody around to help out with the kidlings. Let's just say I know when to bow out gracefully lol. But, like I said, I will still be rocking some Halloween projects and posting them as often as possible, it just may not be every day.
So what does that mean for you? Well, you will still need to visit my blog daily to find out about our sponsors, and winners of sponsor prizes. Also, feel free to comment on any projects that I do post when you feel like it, I always love hearing the feedback! I do hope you will enjoy the Wicked Blogs, and the remainder of 31 Days, and kudos to those of you who are still blogging strong with a project every day! See you all tomorrow with more sponsor info :), and soon with a project. Happy Hopping!
No worries Terra!!! I have been wondering how in the world you have been doing it!?! I understand and am sure that everyone else does also!!! I am guessing that you have been trying to keep going without sleep... here's an order... "GET SOME SLEEP"!! Will still check in everyday!!!!
ReplyDeleteTerra, that sounds like a really good decision. I've said all along I don't know how people with kids and jobs can manage to do this as I am struggling and have neither. Love all of your projects and hope to see more before this is over!
ReplyDeleteWith the amazing projects you've done so far, I feel like you've already given us 31 days. Best of luck to your kiddles and thanks for being such an inspiration. xxD
ReplyDeleteSorry that you won't be able to complete the Wicked Blogger but hey, there's always next year! I'll be checking back every day to see everything you post anyway!
ReplyDeleteSounds like your plate is more than full, good luck with everything else you have going on. And thanks for organzing such an amazing hop. :)
ReplyDeleteThis is a wise decision I think - you need to get some sleep AND look after your 'other' life :-D I still look forward to seeing your projects and thank you for doing sooooo much for the rest of us xxxxxxxx
ReplyDeletehave fun with colourguard, terras' daughter! (remembering to breathe, terra?) how fares the kitty?
ReplyDeleteYea for color guard!! (with the marching Band right?) Been there done that, The HS my kids went to, was 2nd place their group in the state the year my youngest joined (freshman) that year of freshman added the most band members ever in the history of the school, they went up to the next group (they had like 168- band and color guard) the took 1rst place that year, and all 4 years my daughter was there!
ReplyDeleteI used laugh when I heard that the Marching band kids got "letters" like the athletes, until...The first time I went and watched! Amanda played the baritone, 1 step down from a Tuba, it weighed 8 lbs, and she had to hold UP, (it was a "marching" baritone, so it was built a slightly upward, and about a lb. lighter than the one she played in symphonic and wind ensemble) but still very athletic indeed...even her brother had to admit it (and he always poked fun at her) Her freshman year we went to all the close competitions, and the big one up in Scranton, PA the other four years we went to home comps. and to 2 other hosting schools, and the 4th year we went back to Scranton also(freezing our butts off) it was so cold it would make hubby's canon(on a tripod) sluggish, then we took it off the tripod and had it inside the blankets and stuff and took it out every so often, but it was still too cold! LOL
The funny thing, for 3 of the 4 years that Amanda was in band, not only were there lots of other Amandas...but there were 4 Baritone players that were Amandas. :) too funny so they all had nicknames, our Amanda was Duke...long story.
so Go Team Go!! I cheer your daughter on!!! Best of luck!!
Hugs,
Susan
Now just for you. don't sweat the small stuff! Enjoy your time with your daughter, and create when you can. Take "airborn" as your immune system is probably taking a beating. Get some rest, take a tub soak every so often and a glass of red wine for your heart.
ReplyDeletelove n hugs,
Susan
